North Texas Gun Show Vendor Application

Interested in selling firearms, ammunition, knives, optics, shooting supplies, tactical gear, collectibles, or other approved products at the North Texas Gun Show? Submit a vendor application to request space at the event inside the DFW Car & Toy Museum, located at 2550 McMillan Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76137.

8-FOOT VENDOR TABLES • $50 PER TABLE

Vendor space is limited, and all applications are subject to review and approval by the North Texas Gun Show team. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a table.

Applications submitted Monday through Friday will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice to complete payment and secure your vendor space.

Your vendor space is not confirmed until your application has been approved and the required invoice has been paid.

Once selected as a vendor for the North Texas Gun Show, Vendor badges will be provided at vendor check-in. Badges must be worn at all times during the event and will be required for vendor entry and access behind the vendor tables. No one will be permitted into vendor-only areas or behind the tables without a valid vendor badge.
